Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dried Aavarampoo flowers Tanner's Cassia
  • 3 pieces Papaya fruit
  • 2-3 leaves Stevia
  • 150 ml Milk
  • Water

Instructions

  • You can use dried Aavarampoo flowers available in any native medicine store, fresh papaya fruit, stevia leaves and cow's milk.
