To make this sweet paayasam use moong dal, jaggery, cardamom and water.
Clean and take one cup moong dal.
Add 250 ml water to pan.
Add one cup moong dal to water.
Boil for five minutes.
Once dal boiled well, add 200 grams of jaggery.
Add 2 cardamom pods to mortar.
Add to the dessert.
Once again mix well.
Transfer the dessert to a bowl and you can also add some fried cashew nuts for taste.
Simple and healthy moong dal dessert is done.
