- 6 - 7 Vilvam leaves (Bael)
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 100 ml Water
- To cure peptic ulcer, you need fresh vilvam leaves, honey and water.
- First, add water to a thick pan.
- Add cleaned vilvam leaves to water.
- Boil it until the water quantity becomes half.
- Strain it and cool it to room temperature.
- Add honey to the strained water.
- Mix well.
- Consume it when it is warm.
