- 2 teaspoon Castor oil
- 5 or 6 Thazhuthaazhai leaves (Punarnava)
- To cure sprain, you need Thazhuthaazhai leaves (Punarnava) and castor oil.
- Clean the leaves and chop it.
- Add castor oil to a pan and heat it.
- Add chopped leaves to oil. Saute it and switch off flame.
- Ready to use.
- Clean the affected area with warm water.
- Apply the leaf mix like a poultice on the affected area.
- Leave it on the sprain for 20 minutes.
- Rinse it off with warm water.
