- 3 or 4 Adhatoda leaves (Malabar nut)
- 50 ml Water
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- To prepare this kashayam, you need adhatoda leaves, honey and water.
- Clean and chop adhatoda leaves.
- Add water to pan.
- Add chopped adhatoda leaves to pan.
- Boil it for 5 minutes.
- Strain it and cool it down to room temperature.
- Add honey to the extract.
- Mix well.
- Kashayam is ready to drink.
