- 2 Areca nuts Known as Paaku in Tamil
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- To make the tooth powder use areca nuts and cinnamon powder.
- Burn areca nuts in medium flame.
- Burned nuts.
- Add the burned nuts to mortar.
- Crush well to get the ash of areca nuts.
- Take one teaspoon of areca nut powder in a bowl.
- Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
- Mix them well.
- Tooth powder is done.
