  1. To make the soup, use mint leaves, black pepper, cumin seeds, ginger, palm sugar and water.
  2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to mortar.
  3. Add 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds to mortar.
  4. Add a small piece of ginger.
  5. Crush the ingredients well.
  6. Add 200 ml water to pan.
  7. Add a cup of fresh mint leaves to pan.
  8. Add crushed ingredients.
  9. Add 1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar.
  10. Boil for three minutes.
  11. Allow it to cool down and strain the water.
  12. Mint soup is done.

Dosage

Make and consume the soup daily. This increases salivation.
