    1. To prepare yogurt at home, you need the stem of bell pepper and double fat milk (regular milk is also fine).
    2. Add milk to a thick bottom pan.
    3. Boil it and simmer it for 5 minutes.
    4. Once the milk is little condensed, switch off the flame. Let it come down to bearable heat or warm.
    5. Now, add the freshly removed stem from bell pepper to the warm milk.
    6. It will take 24 – 48 hours for the yogurt to set. Duration might differ according the weather conditions. Once set, it can be consumed !
    Recipe Notes

    Since you add bell pepper stem, the yogurt will be spicy. You can use this yogurt to prepare your next batches of yogurt by adding few spoons (of this yogurt) to warm milk. The taste will become normal when you further prepare many batches.
