    1. To make the decoction, use seed under leaf (Keezhanelli) plant, black pepper and water,
    2. Take the root of seed under leaf, its bark and leaves in a plate.
    3. Add 750 ml water to pan.
    4. Add the leaves, bark and roots to water.
    5. Add 3 to 4 black pepper corns.
    6. Boil the ingredients for five minutes until the quantity reduces to 250 ml.
    7. Allow to cool and strain the decoction.
    8. It is ready to drink.
