  1. To make the foot soak use neem leaves, mint leaves, lemon, baking soda and water.
  2. Take 10 to 20 fresh neem leaves, add to mortar.
  3. Add very little water before crushing.
  4. Crush the leaves well.
  5. Squeeze the paste to get an extract.
  6. Take around 20 mint leaves, add to mortar.
  7. Add little water to get the extract.
  8. Crush well.
  9. Squeeze the extract.
  10. Take water in a big bowl. Add one teaspoon of neem extract to water.
  11. Add one teaspoon of mint extract to water.
  12. Squeeze half lemon.
  13. Add one teaspoon of baking soda.
  14. Mix all the ingredients well.
  15. Soak your feet in water for 30 minutes.

Directions for use:

Soak your feet in this herbal water for 30 minutes. You can then pat your feet with a soft towel.
