  1. To make about 200 ml of False daisy (Kesavardhini) oil, you will need around 30 leaves of the plant and 250 ml coconut oil.
  2. Wash the leaves and place them on a grinding stone. If you would like to use a blender instead, blend the leaves just for two second with the blender set to ‘low’.
  3. Crush the leaves gently with the grinding stone.
  4. Now take oil in a pan and add the crushed leaves.
  5. Boil the leaves in oil for about 10 – 15 minutes. You can see the leaves change colour and there would also be a mild fragrance.
  6. Switch off.
  7. Transfer along with the leaves to a vessel and allow the oil to cool down.
  8. Store in a dark glass or ceramic bottle. Done.
