This milkshake is for young adults to improve their immune system and prevent diabetes.

Aavarampoo or Tanner’s cassia is a bright yellow flower found easily in Tropical regions particularly by riverbeds. Regular consumption of the flower can boost immunity, can regulate insulin levels and control diabetes, ┬ácan purify blood and is rich in anti-oxidants. A juice made using the fresh flowers can be used to cure UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). Adults can drink a tea made with Aavarampoo flowers to derive its benefits.

External application of a paste of Aavarampoo flowers can clear the skin, cure acne and give a natural glow. A powder made with dried aavarampoo flowers can be mixed with green gram flour and be used to give babies a bath.

This milk shake is made using dried Aavarampoo flowers, papaya and milk. Papaya is rich in Vitamins C and A and are filled with anti-oxidants.
