Hair loss or hair fall and other hair related problems are very common condition and most of the people get affected at some point of time. One of the simple and ancient methods to promote hair growth is regular use of hibiscus for hair. Hibiscus is a plant which cures almost every problem of our hair. Take 30 to 40 fresh hibiscus leaves, blend them and make fine paste. Heat olive oil in a pan, add hibiscus leaves paste. Like hibiscus leaves, fenugreek seeds are effective as a natural remedy for hair growth. Fenugreek contains the compound called nicotinic acid which is very helpful in promoting hair growth.

- 30-40 Fresh Hibiscus leaves
- 100 ml olive oil
- Water (as required)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black peeper
- 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
- To make the hibiscus hair oil use hibiscus leaves, olive oil, black pepper, fenugreek seeds, and water.
- Take 30 to 40 fresh hibiscus leaves, add to blender.
- Add water before blending.
- Blend well.
- Take 100 ml olive oil and add the oil to pan.
- Add the hibiscus paste.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Add 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds.
- Boil for five in low or medium flame.
- Allow to cool and strain the oil.
- Hibiscus hair serum is done.
