- 3 pieces Haritaki
- 50 ml Water
- To make this drink, use haritaki and water.
- Break 2 to 3 haritaki into small pieces.
- Add the broken haritaki to blender.
- Blend well into a fine powder.
- Add 50 ml water to pan.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon of Haritaki powder to water.
- Boil for a few minutes.
- Strain the water.
- Haritaki herbal drink is done.
