- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 10 Manathakkali leaves (Black night shade or Solanum nigrum)
- 100 ml Water
- To prepare the manathakkali extract, keep all ingredients ready.
- First, clean and separate leaves from stem. Place it in a mortar.
- Add few drops of water and crush it.
- Now, take 100ml of water in a pan.
- Add crushed leaves to the pan.
- Now, switch on the flame and boil it.
- Once boiled, switch off the flame and cool it.
- When it is warm enough to drink, add honey.
- Mix well.
- Drink is ready to consume.
