- 200 grams Moong dal Green gram dal
- 200 grams Jaggery
- 250 ml Water
- 2 Cardamom
- To make this sweet paayasam use moong dal, jaggery, cardamom and water.
- Clean and take one cup moong dal.
- Add 250 ml water to pan.
- Add one cup moong dal to water.
- Boil for five minutes.
- Once dal boiled well, add 200 grams of jaggery.
- Mix well.
- Add 2 cardamom pods to mortar.
- Crush well.
- Add to the dessert.
- Once again mix well.
- Transfer the dessert to a bowl and you can also add some fried cashew nuts for taste.
