- Take one cup fresh dwarf copper leaves.
- Add the leaves to blender.
- Add 200 ml water before blending.
- Blend well.
- Strain the juice.
- Take one Indian gooseberry (amla), remove the seed and chop it.
- Add the chopped amla to mortar.
- Crush well.
- Squeeze the extract.
