- 10 -15 Curry leaves
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 1 Small piece Ginger
- To make the drink use curry leaves, buttermilk and ginger.
- Add a small piece of fresh ginger to a mortar.
- Crush well by adding very little water.
- Squeeze the ginger extract.
- Add 10 to 15 curry leaves to the mortar.
- Crush the leaves and make a paste.
- Add the curry leaves paste to the glass of buttermilk.
- Add one teaspoon of ginger juice.
- Mix it well.
- Buttermilk drink is done.
