- 3 Adhatoda leaves (Malabar Nut)
- 2 teaspoon Coconut oil
- To cure neck pain that is caused due to physical strain, you need adhatoda leaves and coconut oil.
- Clean and chop the leaves.
- Add coconut oil to a pan and heat it.
- Add chopped leaves to it.
- Saute the leaves.
- Ready for use.
- Clean the affected area with warm water.
- Apply cooked leaf like poultice on the affected area.
- Leave it for 20 minutes.
- Rinse it off with warm water.
