- 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds Known as Jeera in India
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 250 ml Filtered water
- You will need fresh amla fruits, filtered water, cumin seeds and honey to make this drink.
- Chop amla fruits into small pieces.
- Place the chopped fruit in a blender.
- Add 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds (Jeera) to the blender.
- Add 1 teaspoon of honey.
- Add filtered water.
- Blend all ingredients together for a few minutes till the blend completely.
- Run the juice through a strainer.
