How to make aloe hair oil at home – Recipe

written by Kalaivani

Hair fall is common for both men and women. The most common reason for hair loss may be hereditary, thyroid disease, anemia, vitamin and protein deficiency, chemotherapy and so on. Preventing hair fall is not a tough task and it can be achieved with regular shampooing, and good nutrition.

Aloe vera contains many nutrients that can benefit hair health. It contains a compound called proteolytic enzymes which repairs all dead skin cells on the scalp and improves scalp health and boosts hair growth. Also, the amino acids present in aloe vera helps to promote hair growth, acts as a conditioner, prevents itching on scalp, reduces dandruff, and leaves smooth and shiny hair.

Olive oil is excellent source of nutrients and antioxidants. The essential nutrient called mono-unsaturated fatty acids help reduce hair loss and also strengthen the hair from its roots to tip. Olive oil massage on scalp helps improve blood circulation, thus stimulates the hair follicles to produce thicker hair strands.

The combination of olive oil and aloe vera is one of the home remedies to stop hair fall. Take fresh aloe vera and crush it well. Boil aloe vera in olive oil for five minutes. Allow it to cool down and strain the oil. Apply this oil regularly on scalp and hair. Both aloe vera and olive oil works great for your hair.

Regular application of this oil controls hair fall and hair shedding, also ensures that the hair remains thick and voluminous.

The anti-inflammatory properties of aloe vera help soothe scalp itching and irritation. The anti-viral and anti-fungal properties help treat dandruff and flaking.

The moisture content of aloe vera helps maintain nutrients and hydration.

The high content of vitamins, minerals and protein in aloe vera helps to nourish your hair follicles.

Olive oil prevents split ends, kicks dandruff, makes hair stronger, reduces itchiness and irritability on scalp and helps your hair grow longer.
